Might be tempted but can’t see the maps well enough to tell if they are worth buying. Also don’t like pog-tokens vs top-down.
That’s fair John. We’ve never quite been able to wrap our heads around top-down tokens. In our games, we tend to get lazy about re-orientating them during play and then get confused about who’s facing what direction. 😅
Yeah I think there’s a fair percentage of folks who feel the same. But seriously, on your gallery page or on a link you need to show more of your maps so that folks can actually see what they’re paying for. I need to be able to determine if they will fit into my campaigns before I plonk down cash for them
Thanks so much for the feedback John. It’s always incredibly useful to get an outsider’s perspective on these things. I’ve just updated both the DTRPG store page and the Foundry VTT store page with several additional previews of some of the maps, and we’ll be sharing closer looks at each on social media over the next few weeks.
Good morning. Do you know of any dependencies for your maps? I’m try to add the “Instant Adventures” modules to my games after buying them, entering the codes in foundry, and downloading the modules themselves.
When I try to enable the modules in Foundry by going to the Manage Modules tools under Game Settings, I get the following error message:
“Cannot be enabled due to issues in required dependencies.”
Hello Zarohk, thanks for your message and I apologise for the issues you’ve had in using your content. In order to activate most of our premium content modules, you will need to also install and activate a free module. This can be found here: https://foundryvtt.com/packages/ddd-deepdark-demiplane
Once you’ve got the DeepDark Demiplane up and running, you should find that everything else works without issue. If not, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me at [email protected] and I’ll investigate further. Thanks. – Daniel McDonald
